Services. Choice Care for The Elderly provides Dementia Care, Post-Hospital Care, Medication Reminder Support, Fall Prevention, Daily Living Assistance, Companion Care and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://seniorcarecleveland.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Choice Care for The Elderly or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Choice Care for The Elderly may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Choice Care for The Elderly does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Choice Care for The Elderly arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Choice of Law. OH law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of OH, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
